My communication style

I believe in meeting clients where they are. I am very empathetic, down to earth, and a laid-back therapist. Someone you can feel comfortable being vulnerable with and knowing your experiences and information will never be shared with others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I'm a very passionate person. I love helping people. Providing the very best level of therapy and care is therapeutic to my soul. Therapy is my vice and helps me on some of the hardest days of my life. I believe it wholeheartedly and wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world.

My goals for you

I allow clients to lead the way in therapy. Meeting you where you are allows for full autonomy, and you feel like you're in total control of your therapeutic experience. And I'm your biggest cheerleader, helping you on the sidelines.

Our first session

Our first session will be about getting to know one another, building a rapport, and you deciding if I seem like a good fit for what you're needing at this moment in your life. Rapport is very important, so I want to try my best to build that rapport so we could have an amazing, successful therapeutic relationship.
