Hi there, I'm Helen!

I use a person-centered approach to therapy where I meet you where you are with your mental health. I strive to give you a sense of hope and well-being in our sessions together.

My focus

Having worked in community mental health, I have gained experience in treating a variety of mental conditions. Some areas include anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, divorce, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also have experience working with survivors of sexual assault and human trafficking.

My approach

I hold a safe, open-minded, and judgment-free space for you. I use an eclectic approach incorporating CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Coaching, and other modalities I feel will help in your session.
