My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist is rooted in my experiences as a second-generation Vietnamese American. Growing up, I was intrigued by family dynamics and how cultural factors shaped our relationships. This curiosity sparked my desire to understand family systems deeply and help others explore and heal within these contexts.
