My journey to mental healthcare

After many years as a registered nurse, I noted there existed great disparities in accessing and providing mental healthcare services. These disparities often arise from a shortage of healthcare resources and the stigma surrounding mental health, which prevents people from seeking assistance.

My goals for you

Goal setting starts with the initial visit. Goals serve as a roadmap that guides you toward your desired outcomes. They are assessed in each session, and adjustments are regularly made to ensure that treatment objectives are met.

Our first session

The initial session focuses on understanding you better, building a therapeutic relationship, and exploring your feelings and their impact on your daily life. We will also discuss any previous treatments, their effectiveness, and any risk factors involved. Additionally, we'll begin establishing treatment goals.
