My communication style

Establishing a therapeutic relationship with the person, couple, or family is something I work towards initially and throughout therapy, as having a good connection is something I believe helps facilitate effective counseling and ultimately provides the best outcomes.

My goals for you

The best way for progress to be made is by working collaboratively on treatment goals and through open communication regarding what therapeutic techniques and approaches work best for the person. Collaboration and hard work on both sides of the therapeutic relationship are vitally important to healing.

Our first session

During the first session, clients can expect to discuss what is bringing them to therapy. I like to have clients share what their biggest concerns are verbally and identify which is the most important for them to deal with first.
