I specialize in grief, anger management, and addiction, helping with any form of problem or trauma. I provide an environment of respect, compassion, and collaboration—a safe place to be heard without judgment. I use person-centered therapy to promote self-awareness and empowerment, and CBT to identify and change maladaptive thoughts.
