I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Your goals and progress are my primary focus. I utilize Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Based on your needs, I may adapt my approach to include mindfulness and meditation.

My communication style

I am very open-minded and non-judgmental, yet you can expect direct, open communication from me. I practice active listening and will provide you opportunities to reflect on your experiences.

My journey to mental healthcare

I came from a family that had pride and never utilized therapy. I wanted to make a change to help others know there is no pride in healing, seeking assistance, and using tools available. Being able to see clients find clarity, gain confidence, and feel empowered to change is what keeps joy in my heart.
