My journey to mental healthcare

My commitment to psychiatric mental health care grew from more than a decade of experience in behavioral health. These experiences strengthened my dedication to compassionate, evidence-based treatment and reducing mental health stigma while helping adults feel supported, understood, and empowered.

My goals for you

I work with clients to establish clear, achievable goals focused on symptom relief, improved functioning, and well-being. Through medication management, therapeutic strategies, and psychoeducation, I help clients understand their mental health and make meaningful, lasting progress.

Our first session

In our first session, we focus on your concerns, history, symptoms, and goals. I conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluation and discuss individualized treatment options, including medication management and therapeutic strategies when appropriate. My goal is for you to feel heard, informed, and supported.
