My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to psychiatric mental health care through my work in behavioral health, seeing the impact of compassionate, evidence-based treatment. Over the past decade, working in diverse settings has strengthened my commitment to reducing stigma and helping individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered in their mental wellness.
