I focus on the importance of an individual's well-being in a non-judgmental atmosphere where we can work to improve thought patterns so you can effectively live a better life.

My focus is to create the best life possible for my clients. We can use coping skills to combat self-esteem and negative thought patterns. We work together to identify the issues and build a path together to work through the very things that hold us back or hold us down.
My approach
I am straightforward in approach, looking to correct negative or faulty thought patterns. I use talk therapy, hypnotherapy, and EMDR - where effective - to help clients live the lives they deserve. I treat others as I would want to be treated. No judgement. I work to understand people's perspectives so that I can understand their needs.
