My communication style

My style is warm and understanding, but at the same time, I'm engaging and direct. I frequently check in with you to ensure you're comfortable and feeling heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

It all started with my elementary guidance counselor, whose support meant so much to me. I decided I wanted to be in this field when I was in high school. I've worked in crisis intervention, therapy, and with diverse populations. My passion has always been to help others, and I've learned that most of us just need someone to listen.

My goals for you

My goal is for us to work together in a supportive and nonjudgmental space to identify the goals you want to work on. Through open dialogue, reflection, and skill building, you can better understand yourself and make meaningful changes.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions to understand the challenges you're facing and what you've already tried. You're invited to ask questions to ensure we're a good fit, and then we'll work on identifying therapeutic goals.
