Hi there, I'm Gwyneth!

Congratulations on taking your first step to healing. I have 19 years of experience, and I strive to create a safe space so you can be open and honest about your needs. I would love to work alongside you as you navigate this process.

My focus

As a retired Army Social Worker, I have experience working with Active Duty, Veterans, and Civilians who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, toxic work environments, relationship/family issues, or are just feeling overwhelmed with life.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients experiencing anxiety and depression. I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help reframe unhealthy thought patterns and heal from past trauma. I use Strength At Home (SAH) to foster healthy communication and connection in relationships. My approach is collaborative and compassionate.
