I also address grief and loss, communication, life and career transitions, PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and moral wounding.
My approach
I take a direct, but warm approach to counseling that is primarily solution-focused. Cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, brief therapy, and Rogerian are the primary approaches I use with clients.
