My approach to therapy is shining a light on areas that you may not be aware of and helping you find what you would like to change in your life to accomplish your goals. I have worked with people from all walks of life, from those mandated to treatment to those who come to therapy to continue learning to cope with life.
My focus
I treat clients with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family of origin issues. I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, and I'm a native Spanish speaker.
