We will grow together, and you will be challenged to examine the way you presently cope and identify new, more effective ways to meet your goals with support, nurturance, and acceptance.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always loved and accepted people, just as they are. I strive to meet them where they are. I noticed I have always been curious to understand, to learn, and to help and encourage others to do the same. Embracing those who have struggled around me and myself, I have utilized every tool I share with myself or with someone I love.

My goals for you

I will help you identify your goals and the steps required to achieve them by utilizing existing strengths or building new resources and coping skills. I believe every realistic goal is attainable with support.

Our first session

I will listen attentively, help identify existing strengths, ensure you are heard and understood, and begin to identify a plan to move forward. I always strive to have every client leave our very first session feeling hopeful, connected, and with at least one new tool in their toolbox to utilize.
