Hello, I am Nicole Langman, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Helping others to live happy and fulfilled lives is something I am passionate about.
My approach
I seek to help my clients find comfort by helping them to uncover their unique strengths and bring them into their daily life so that they can find fulfillment and happiness. I meet clients where they are and emphasize building a strong clinical rapport with each person I work with. I utilize DBT, CBT, and trauma-focused modalities.
My focus
During my time counseling, I have worked with old and young alike. I have counseled people with anxiety and coping with trauma as well as needing stress management skills.
My communication style
I am here to help you find your own inner strength and lead you in an exploration of your journey in a safe and supportive way.
My journey to mental healthcare
I gained clinical experience at Yellowstone Boys Girls Ranch in Billings, MT from 07/2009-05/2010 and at Lifeworks NW in Portland, OR from 03/2013-11/2013 as part of my path to becoming a licensed counselor.

In our first session, my priority will be to meet you where you are and start building a strong therapeutic rapport. I will seek to understand your current challenges and goals, and together we can begin exploring your journey in a safe and supportive environment.
