During my time counseling, I have worked with old and young alike. I have counseled people with anxiety and those coping with trauma, as well as those needing stress management skills.
My approach
I seek to help my clients find comfort by helping them to uncover their unique strengths and bring them into their daily life so that they can find fulfillment and happiness. I meet clients where they are and emphasize building a strong clinical rapport with each person I work with. I utilize DBT, CBT, and trauma-focused modalities.
