I would love to help you reach your goals, whether it is work stress, depression, relationship issues, or anything else that life can sometimes throw at us. I like to take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, where every session is tailored around your needs.

I use different approaches to help you. I have been trained in CBT and CPT, but am not limited to these. Based on your needs, I may adapt our approach to help you reach your full potential.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to become a therapist began at a young age when I went through my struggles. I am dedicated to helping others and to removing the stigma of mental health issues. I am driven by the belief that we all can use assistance in our lives, and I want everyone to feel safe and secure when in my care.
