My journey to mental healthcare

I was struggling with my own mental health problems related to substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. In an effort to find relief and recovery, I pursued my faith in Christ, recovery, and education to gain a better understanding of myself and how to have a healthy mind and life.
