My journey to mental healthcare

I transitioned into mental health care because I saw how deeply interconnected our emotional and physical well-being truly are. Supporting individuals through their mental health challenges has become my passion, and I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to every interaction.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your concerns, your history, and what you hope to achieve. This is a safe space to share openly, and together we'll outline a path forward that feels right for you.
