My communication style

I communicate with warmth, compassion, and respect, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. My style is collaborative and encouraging while also providing honest feedback and gentle challenges when needed. I want clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey as a mental health provider began with a passion for helping people heal, recognize their strengths, and create meaningful change. As a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and private practice owner, I have spent more than a decade supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My goals for you

I help clients set treatment goals by first understanding what they would like to change, improve, or better manage in their lives. Together, we develop realistic and meaningful goals based on their individual needs and strengths. Throughout therapy, we regularly review progress, celebrate growth, address barriers, and adjust goals as needed.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a safe, comfortable space for therapy. We will discuss what brings you to counseling, your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to accomplish. Together, we will identify your goals and begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
