I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about using a holistic and evidence-based approach in giving support to clients dealing with mental or behavioral issues across the lifespan.

I provide a holistic and evidence-based approach with psychiatric evaluations, assessment, and medication management, and provide psychotherapy for individuals and families across the life span, dealing with ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, OCD, Panic disorder, Mood disorder, and PTSD, etc.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career as a Psych tech working with clients with mental health disorders and noticed the need and passion to care for this population. I have been a registered nurse for over 14 years and 8 years for those working in inpatient/neuro psychiatric centers, dealing with clients with different mental health disorders. I look forward every day to putting a smile on someone's face.

My approach to treatment and care is based on effectively listening and understanding their individual needs. I collaborate with the client, family members, and other team members to provide effective care and treatment.
