My approach is to educate clients on their mental health and available pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic options, and to collaborate with them in formulating an evidence-based treatment plan.

My journey to mental healthcare

My professional path commenced in inpatient psychiatry, where I excelled in working with diverse populations ranging from older adults to children and adolescents. I have experience addressing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, and ADHD.

The initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Our first session

I take the time to explain the different options, pros, and cons of medications, and answer any questions so you're comfortable with the plan moving forward. This is a non-judgmental and light-hearted environment. All parts of who you are and how you feel are welcome and accepted.
