I work with adults who may be going through challenging life events or changes that can cause them to feel stressed out, anxious, or depressed. I work with my clients to help them learn and utilize effective coping strategies that can get them through these challenges.
My approach
My approach focuses on mindfulness-based techniques to help concentrate on the present moment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe our perspectives and thought patterns to be healthier and more helpful.
