I am client-centered and believe in meeting the clients where they are to determine what they need. I am also a Christian counselor and believe that incorporating Biblical principles and prayer into therapy can be very effective. That being said, I am versatile and can provide Christ-centered therapy, as well as secular therapy.
My focus
I work with a range of clients. In the past, I have offered Christian Counseling, as well as secular counseling. I am comfortable working with all ages, but prefer to focus on adults and couples.
My approach
Establishing a relationship is the most important step in providing therapy. Part of this is listening to my clients' needs. Once needs are determined, I can decide which approach to use (faith-based, Solution-Focused Brief, or CBT). My approach is flexible and tailored to what the client needs.
