My journey to mental healthcare

From an early age, I was drawn to caring for others and dreamed of creating a space where people living with mental health challenges could feel respected, supported, and free of stigma. My passion for mental health care has guided my career, with a focus on delivering compassion.

My approach to goal setting is collaborative, realistic, and individualized. I listen to your concerns, values, and priorities, then we work together to define clear and meaningful goals. Using the SMART framework helps ensure goals are practical and measurable without undue pressure.
