My communication style

Many people say that I have a calming presence. I like to ask each client exactly what they find helpful and don't find helpful, and to keep open communication about that. Sometimes we might even have moments of laughter in session!

My journey to mental healthcare

I initially became a therapist to serve people who were underserved. I loved how therapy can take on a holistic approach, which I believe is very important. I'm motivated by seeing my clients grow and have revelations that change their lives for the better!

My goals for you

I believe that this is a collaborative approach. Some may come into therapy not exactly able to articulate their goals into words, but we'll definitely figure it out together. Oftentimes, new goals will come up throughout the course of treatment.

Our first session

In the first session, you will learn more about the therapy process and the requirements placed upon me as a therapist. We will also discuss what brings you to therapy, your life history up to now, and begin to set your treatment goals.
