I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and parenting issues. I've worked in private practice, hospitals, non-profit organizations, and schools, and I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds.

My focus

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, and parenting issues, and I also have experience with more complex diagnoses including bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ASD, self-harm behaviors, and suicidal ideation. My practice is welcoming and inclusive to all.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered. I believe it's a disservice to do the same thing with every person because everyone has different needs. I've been cross-trained in a wide variety of counseling theories and techniques, and I intentionally tailor a treatment plan that is uniquely yours to give you the best possible outcome.
