Hi there, I'm Sara!

I'm so glad you've taken a step toward partnering with a therapist who can help process some of the difficulties you may be dealing with. I would love to meet with you to offer support, guidance, and safe place to lay down some of the burdens we find ourselves carrying. I can help identify what's going well and what could use some TLC.

My focus

I work with teens and adults who find themselves needing extra support. That might look like life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges... or maybe a mix of a lot of different things! I offer a safe, supportive environment where we identify strengths and build resilience.

My approach

I put building our trusted relationship first. As we get to know each other, we focus on your goals and employ modalities that will best fit what you're looking for. Everyone's stories and needs are unique, so together we will identify the best modalities to use including DBT, ACT, EMDR, CBT, and/or mindfulness practices.
