I became a therapist because I learned from personal experience how helpful a therapeutic relationship can be. For many years, I struggled in silence while trying to make sense of the fear, confusion, and sadness I felt on the inside. Eventually, I sought the help of a skilled and compassionate counselor—and it completely turned my life around!

I work well with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief. My biggest strengths are personal experience, a love of learning, and a willingness to try something new. I am always learning and growing. I believe my best work is done with those who have been wounded in the past and are now ready to take charge of their healing journey.
My approach
My approach is eclectic and tailored to each client, although the primary method I utilize is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of psychotherapeutic treatment that helps people learn how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on behavior and emotions.
