My communication style

In a non-judgmental, open, and safe atmosphere, we work together on issues you are facing that are interfering with your life at this time. It may be something that's bothered you for a while or suddenly nothing is working. There is nothing that is too small or too big to bring to the surface in our sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began after my divorce, and the awareness of the impact this huge change had on all of us. I was particularly drawn to teenagers and their families, and ran a teen and family program that showed me how having help through challenging family times can make all the difference. I love helping individuals and families heal.

My goals for you

Together, we will discover what the most important goals are to you, and collaborate to come up with a plan to achieve these goals. As you progress on your journey with reflection and insights, we will add, adjust, and keep moving forward with attaining your unique goals.

Our first session

We will begin to get to know each other in our first session, focusing on what brings you to therapy at this time, and how I can help. It is normal to feel a little nervous, even if you've been in therapy before. I will help ease any worries or concerns you may have about our journey together. We will decide together where to begin with your goals.
