Hi there, I'm Nicole!

I'm passionate about working with teens and young adults who have been generationally affected by mental health stigma. Together, we'll address the pain points that keep you from living freely and authentically.

My focus

I work with people carrying unresolved childhood pain, struggling with difficult maternal relationships, or appearing to have it all together while barely holding on. You might be ready to heal and move toward emotional freedom and self-empowerment.

My approach

I use CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and EMDR while maintaining a relaxed approach. My goal is to create a space where healing feels natural and accessible, not rigid or overwhelming.
