My journey to mental healthcare

My career in mental healthcare is driven by the desire to help others, offering support and guidance during difficult times. The ability to make a difference in someone's life is incredibly rewarding. The opportunity to use empathy and compassion to help individuals navigate their difficulties and lead more fulfilling lives is a major draw.

Expect a thorough assessment of your mental health, medical history, and any previous treatments you've tried. I will ask about your current symptoms, their impact on your daily life, and any relevant family or personal history. I would like to know about your lifestyle, stressors, and coping mechanisms.
