Hi there, I'm Rachel!

I have been working in the helping field for most of my life in different capacities. And now I like more the one-on-one work I am able to do with my clients and being able to see the healing and be a part of the journey.

My focus

I primarily work with people struggling in some capacity with attachment issues, codependency struggles, addictions (including eating disorders), as well as someone that is ready to do the hard work to get better. So I am here to help you process through to the other side that you need to get at to better manage life and relationships.

My approach

I primarily look at where did these things began by looking at your family of origin history. Then we come up with a plan to best serve your needs while creating a treatment plan and goals. We will then utilize EMDR or brainspotting, or both, to help meet your needs.
