My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Working with families involved in CPS care opened my eyes to the profound effects of trauma. I became particularly drawn to working with neurodivergent clients and people who felt like they didn't quite fit into societal norms.

I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring that goals align with each client's values and needs. We break down larger goals into manageable steps, focusing on both short-term and long-term achievements. I encourage clients to take an active role in defining what success looks like for them.
