My focus is working with adolescents and adults, helping them discover their full potential. I can assist during times you might be experiencing any of the following: Depression, Stress, Trauma (EMDR trained), Anxiety, Grief, Social Skills Development, and Relationship concerns.

I work with individuals experiencing a number of symptoms, including depression, stress, grief, trauma, and anxiety.

My approach

My therapeutic approach is mainly done by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), teaching clients to recognize and challenge unhelpful or irrational thoughts that may influence emotions and behaviors. I may use person-centered and mindfulness approaches to therapy as well.

My communication style

I will foster positive relationships, honor commitments, and treat every client in an equitable way. Each client will be treated with dignity and respect, maintaining confidentiality between counselor and client.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist in order to have the ability to partner with individuals needing a more positive direction in their lives. I seek to help people see the value of who they are and the significance of their lives.

My goals for you

As a mental health counselor, I'm devoted to understanding and validating the existing and emerging concerns of all clients. This includes being committed to promoting the development of each client in a way that is reflective of his or her goals and values. Goal-setting will be done to enhance human development throughout the lifespan.
