My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up knowing I wanted to be a social worker. From a young age, I had a heart for those who were hurting and believed in the power of hope. My life experiences, training, and professional background have all shaped who I am and my therapeutic practice today. Engaging in the process of psychotherapy with clients is a great honor.

We will develop a treatment plan and goals during our first session and review your progress weekly. I typically provide therapy homework between sessions to support your growth and healing.

The first session is where your journey begins. We will discuss in detail your presenting concerns and needs that have brought you to therapy. I will review your family history and background to get to know you. We will then establish a treatment plan and your treatment goals.
