Hi there, I'm Alexis!

Life gets complicated and sometimes we lose sight of ourselves. As your therapist, we can identify where you are in your journey and how to achieve meaningful gains and/or changes. If you're successful on paper but quietly unhappy, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, you're in the right place.

My focus

I work with adults who struggle to feel truly connected, who carry trauma from family or past relationships, and who find it hard to prioritize themselves. If you feel anxious in relationships, overwork to stay afloat, and sense the same patterns leaving you unhappy no matter how much you achieve, I understand and I can help.

My approach

I work from a collaborative and insightful perspective. We'll gently trace the patterns keeping you anxious, overextended, or disconnected and use EMDR, somatic, and DBT tools to actually shift them. This isn't about pushing harder; it's about understanding yourself and finally being able to support yourself.
