I’ve spent the last 10 years exploring Mindfulness and Physical Resilience and its benefit to overall mental wellness. My goal is to help you wade through what is holding you back, clear the noise, and help you navigate troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to set your path forward.
My focus
I’m looking forward to working with clients who have experienced stress and trauma in their life and are interested in doing the work to release the power of these experiences. Are you going through a difficult divorce? Are you trying to navigate a life transition, a new stage in life?
My approach
My foundation lies in cognitive behavioral therapy. My 25 years as a social worker have opened a world in trauma response to include any significant event that continues to cause brain hijacking adversity. I believe you have the image ability to recover from past trauma and release negative cognitions.
