My focus
I work well with individuals from ages 16 to 99. There is currently no diagnosis that I haven't worked with or feel that I can't successfully work with.
My approach
I'm straightforward in an extremely respectful way. I want you to feel heard and validated authentically, and I communicate at a level that ensures you're comfortable discussing what matters most. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in almost all sessions as the foundation for moving forward to a healthier you.
