My focus
I have experience working with both teens and adults in crises, those with trauma history, and have experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients. I have worked with clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Psychosis, Personality Disorders, Suicidal Ideation, and Self-Harm.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as my base, pulling from narrative therapy, somatic skills, and DBT Skills. I'm also trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT for clients seeking trauma therapy. Through our collaboration, I tailor each session to your individual needs and goals.
