My journey to becoming a provider is rooted in over 18 years of experience in education, combined with the personal joys and trials of being a wife and mother of three. These diverse life experiences drew me to counseling, equipping me with a wealth of empathy, understanding, and practical insight into the diverse challenges individuals face.

Our first meeting will be an intake session, which serves as a comfortable opportunity for us to get to know one another. During this session, I will gather some background information, and together we will discuss your clinical history and establish the foundational goals you hope to focus on in therapy.
