As a Korean-born woman raised in France, I have a unique cultural background and have made the U.S.-Mexico border my home for the past two decades. I connect with my clients very quickly, which facilitates them to disclose information they have never shared with anyone.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents ages 13-17. I treat many disorders, including depression, anxiety, codependence, trauma, dysfunctional childhood, marital issues, self-esteem, anger, bullying, stress, substance use, and career challenges. My specialties also include LGBTQIA+ and transgender issues.

My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, existential, and humanistic modalities. I provide culturally sensitive counseling in a caring environment.
