Hi there, I'm Mitchell!

My practice is all about improving self-awareness, self-control, and resiliency. I also focus on strengthening overall family connections and support. I use an eclectic blend of evidence-based theories and experiential practice. That means using the best of science in ways that are real, relevant, and in the moment. Within each client/patient/person is a great teacher to themselves. It is my privileged position to "keep it real." This means that as your therapist, I provide you with excellent listening, understanding, and empathy so that I can offer up the right questions that foster a return to self-awareness, self-worth, increased joy, curiosity, and motivation.
