I work with parents and children who are navigating challenging behaviors, developmental transitions, or mental health concerns. My goal is to create a space where each person feels seen and heard as we work through these difficulties together.

My focus

I work with parents and children, supporting both child well-being and parent well-being. I believe that working with parents and children together leads to better outcomes, long-lasting change, and stronger parent-child bonds.

My approach

I use a play-based approach to communicate with children and help them make sense of their feelings and behaviors. I also offer parent support through flexible check-ins that focus on your well-being, parenting strategies, and uplifting you in your role.
