My journey to mental healthcare

After going to therapy for the first time, I experienced firsthand the power of being heard, validated, and supported without judgment. That experience helped me rediscover who I was and gave me the clarity and courage to move forward. Now, as a therapist, I'm honored to hold that same space for others on their journey.

From the beginning, I work with you to explore what you hope to gain from therapy, and together we create a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals. As we move forward, we'll regularly check in, adjust our approach if needed, and make space for growth.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll go over the limits of confidentiality, review any assessments you've completed, and I'll ask some questions to better understand your background, needs, and goals. This time is about more than just gathering information—it's also a chance for you to get a feel for who I am and how I work.
