I work primarily with adults and have the most experience with older adults (55+). Most of the clients that I have worked with have experiences with depression, anxiety, grief, and coping with role changes across the lifespan.

My approach is shaped by your needs. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you take control of your experience while I guide you through a client-centered process.

Therapy is a conversation about your needs. I offer space for you to share what matters while maintaining focus and accountability toward your goals. I want you to feel comfortable while acknowledging that growth can be challenging. I value open communication.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because of my own experiences working with people across many facets of life. I felt the best way to help is when people are navigating uncomfortable times and need a guide.
