I’m Certified in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Brainspotting, and have 20+ years as a registered Nurse.

My therapy style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I tailor treatment to each person’s needs with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Using a holistic, integrative approach, I avoid a one-size-fits-all model and honor each client’s uniqueness.
