I have a history of working with younger to older adulthood populations with varying diagnoses. I am most comfortable working with those who are motivated for treatment and with mild to moderate acuity.

I will use a CBT/DBT approach to therapy. I will also use motivational interviewing to enhance treatment outcomes while upholding a supportive therapy framework.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became interested in becoming a therapist by design. I believe it was always in my future to serve others and enjoy the experiences that come with that.

I will use a motivational interviewing approach where I assess for Stage of Change. I also will offer validating insight while exploring goal setting.
