I serve the people of Texas. I have spent my career working with teens/adolescents and adults, focusing on grief, depression, and anxiety. I value and embrace trust, respect, honesty, and open-mindedness.

I love to help those who need it most! I have helped all populations, with a focus on adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow through therapy and want to be there for every step to help you progress to your best self.

My approach

I believe there is no one therapeutic style to fit all clients' needs. Each person has unique strengths that we will use to build a better you. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapies. Together, we will create a personalized, hybrid treatment plan to get you where you want to be.

My communication style

I embrace calm, rational conversations but truly feel for my clients and join them on an emotional journey. I believe when a client comes to therapy, they deserve a safe space to be allowed to share all of their worries and fears, and we will work together to turn those hopes and dreams into reality.

My journey to mental healthcare

I always enjoyed helping others through personal connections. After losing a loved one at an early age, my strength became my passion, and I entered graduate school focused on building my skills through evidence-based practice. Each client has taught me more, and I bring that wealth of experience and knowledge to serve you every session.
